REGULATIONS FOR BOOKING A THERAPEUTIC CAMP

1. Booking a place for the Therapeutic Camp

To book a place for the Therapeutic Camp, please:

• contact us by e-mail or phone to obtain information about availability,
• after receiving confirmation, pay a deposit of PLN 1500 according to the instructions below.

Note: qualification for the camp is determined by the order in which deposits are received.

The reservation fee (included in the total cost of the camp) amounts to PLN 1500 and should be paid to:

Transfer title:
Patient’s full name – reservation (camp date)

TRANSFERS IN PLN: Deposit amount – PLN 1500
TRANSFERS IN EUR: Deposit amount – EUR 500

The reservation is confirmed after the deposit payment has been credited. The number of places is limited – patients are accepted according to the order of payments.

Payment of the invoice guarantees reservation of the selected date.

2. E-mail registration

The registration should be sent to: taniapopovych@op.pl

The subject line should contain:

Child’s full name – reservation (camp date)
(e.g. “Marysia Kowalska – reservation – 01.03.2026”)

The remaining amount for the camp is collected on the second day of the camp until 5:00 PM, by bank transfer or cash payment, based on an invoice issued by the organizer.

3. Changing the camp date

The client’s guardian may change the camp date only once, provided the change is reported at least 30 days before the start of the camp.

4. Cancellation of the camp

Cancellation of participation in the camp is subject to the following rules:

• up to 45 days before the start of the camp – 100% refund of the paid amount,
• up to 30 days before the start of the camp – 50% refund of the paid amount,
• less than 14 days before the start of the camp – no refund,
• cancellation 1 day before the start of the camp results in the obligation to pay 100% of the total camp amount, i.e. the sum of all hours included in the schedule,
• cancellation during the camp of planned sessions is subject to a 100% fee.
